This a real home cooking class create original recipes that you will love. We understand that the best way to master cooking is by doing it by yourself, under the right instruction. We would love to show you what we do. Hopefully, after your time with your class, you can make the process of feeding your family and loved ones more varied, less intimidating and more enjoyable. We believe in a healthy diet lots of fresh fruit and vegetables and organic food where possible so we have spent a lot of time to find out where we can source the best ingredients. Let’s explore: 8.00: Pick up at your accommodation, head to local market 9.00: Buying fresh products for the cooking class in Hoi An, learning about the way the Vietnamese shop. 09.45: Take a break to have a cup of coffee in a local coffee shop, sharing your stories with others. 10.00: Head to house where you will have a welcome drink 10.30: Time for cooking using the ingredients purchased earlier!!! 12.30: Enjoy your meals cooked by yourself. 13.00: Play guitar/ piano (if you can), then return to your accommodation via our free drop-off service. (Free-flow fresh Passion Fruit juice and filtered water included in the tour price)
