A wonderful combination of eco tour and cooking class. Try to row the Vietnamese basket boat with local people, visit the water coconut (Nipa) area, go crab hunting and make toys from the leaves of Nipa tree. Go to market as locals do, learn about different ingredients and spices in Vietnamese cuisine and different tropical fruit that you haven’t see before. A great opportunity to meet and interact with friendly and welcoming locals. Take a break to have a cup of coffee, sharing your stories with others. Learn how to make Vietnamese food – 4 course meal using the family’s recipes. Flexible time: morning trip from 08.00 to 13.00, afternoon trip from 13.15 to 18.15. Vegetarian menu is always available upon advance request.
